The Facebook Page Insights tool helps you determine how effectively you are marketing your facebook fan page. You can find information about page overview, users, and interactions. You can get monthly or weekly stats. You can also export the information into Excel.
This powerful tool puts lots of information at your fingertips, including:
- Whether your number of likes increased or decreased and the percentage
- Whether your monthly active users are up or down
- Whether each post received feedback and the percentage of feedback-this help you determine what types of things to post and what types and what’s working and what’s not working.
- Demographic information, including age and gender-this helps you develop more effective marketing
- The source of your new likes
- Whether any external sources generated traffic to your Facebook business fan page
This feature is located on the top right hand side of your facebook fan page.
